O’Donnellan & Joyce to launch its Wild Atlantic Way autumn auction

O’Donnellan & Joyce is set to hold its Wild Atlantic Way autumn auction on Tuesday September 27, the fifth in its series of property auctions for 2016.

The auctions, which are the largest property auctions outside Dublin, will be held in the Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway, where approximately 50 properties will go under the hammer.

“There will be great variety with exceptional value for home owners and investors alike and we have been inundated with enquiries from buyers, both at home and abroad, in relation to this auction," said Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce.

The cut-off date for entry for sellers to register their interest in putting their property on the auction market is Monday August 22. More than 200 properties have already been sold by O’Donnellan & Joyce this year; the company has had the highest success rate of any auction house in Ireland.

Below are some of the properties that have already been registered for auction on September 27 include.
