Leading Galway property expert DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard has once again recorded huge turnouts at its latest open viewings ahead of its upcoming auction on Friday November 27. The company is bringing almost 40 properties to the auction floor in the Radisson Blu Hotel in what is sure to be a must-attend day for those in the market who are looking for value.

According to auctioneer James Heaslip the company has seen huge interest in its open viewings over the past three weekends. “We always have a large turnout at our open houses, but this latest auction has surpassed any of our previous viewings," Mr Heaslip said. "While we are fully aware that the demand for property is strong at present, we also believe that our professionalism and knowledge of each lot is certainly a factor, which encourages viewers to each property. We also allow an extra week of open viewings compared to others, which allows potential buyers to prepare a little more for what is a big decision, be they first time buyers or seasoned investors."
