THE 2014 Over The Edge Poetry Book Showcase takes place at the Galway Arts Centre’s Nuns’ Island Theatre on Friday February 7 at 8pm.
The event is an annual retrospective of the year just past, where Galway-based poets, who published a new collection during 2013, are invited to read three poems from the collection in question.
There will be readings from Stephen Murray, Terry McDonagh, Elaine Feeney, Adam White, Michelle O’Sullivan, Nicki Griffin, Noel Duffy, Patrick Stack, Jean Folan, Emily Cullen, and Susan Lindsay, as well as from a number of anthologies such as Adventure Hat (NUIG MA in writing class 2013 ), and The Artistic Atlas of Galway.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
