GALWAY WRITERS Kevin Higgins and Susan Millar DuMars will host creative writing classes in the GTI, Fr Griffin Road, in March. Bookings are now being taken.
Creative writing for beginners with Kevin Higgins takes place on Wednesdays from 7pm to 9.30pm for eight weeks, starting on March 2. Kevin will provide writing exercises for, and give gentle critical feedback to, those who want to try writing poems, stories or memoir.
Intermediate creative writing with Susan Millar DuMars takes place on Thursdays from 7pm to 9.30pm for eight weeks, starting March 3. This class is suitable for those who have participated in creative writing classes before or have begun to have work published in magazines.
