O’Donnellan & Joyce to hold the largest executor property auction in the country

O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold the largest executor property auction in the country when 10 properties go under the auction hammer on September 24 at 3pm in The Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square, Galway.

The role of the executors is to organise the disposal of property on someone’s death, and the proceeds can be distributed among the family and beneficiaries. O’Donnellan & Joyce have been asked by eight different executors to dispose of their homes and the company has placed them up for auction on September 24 (unless previously sold ). In addition, two private auctions will also be held, bringing the total to 10 houses all going under the hammer.

All of properties are located in established Galway city locations such as Woodquay, Newcastle, Prospect Hill, Claddagh, Salthill, and Canal Road.
