Charlie Byrne’s to host Great Irish Book Week event

Charlie Byrne’s will host a reading featuring many of Galway’s leading poets reading from a new book published by Salmon Poetry.
This Saturday at 6.30pm Charlie Byrnes’ will host a reading from Poetry: Reading it, Writing it, Publishing it (Salmon 2009), Edited by Jessie Lendennie, which is one of 30 books selected for promotion during Publishing Ireland’s Great Irish Book Week which runs from October 24 to 31.
The readers at the event will be Susan Millar DuMars, Kevin Higgins, Caroline Lynch, Joan McBreen, Gabriel Fitzmaurice, James Harrold, Gerry Hanberry, and Celeste Auge. An introduction will be given by Salmon’s Jessie Lendennie.
