At the rear, the new Peugeot 408 is the first model in the range to feature illuminated Peugeot lettering, surrounded by a gloss black décor and integrated into a clear lens strip that spans the car’s width. The new Peugeot 408 also debuts an exclusive 'Flare Green' body colour.

Inside, the new 408 retains Peugeot's i-cockpit interior design, which features a compact steering wheel and a 10-inch digital instrument cluster positioned in the driver’s line of sight. Complementing it, the central 10-inch touchscreen sits slightly lower and angled towards the driver.
