More than €1.52 million was allocated to Galway businesses under the Trading Online Voucher Scheme during 2020, +600 applications to the scheme from across the county, successful in receiving funding.

At the beginning of October, Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) entered into a long-term agreement with Slotbox Limited to provide the Dublin-based group with an iGaming platform, and an omnichannel solution for its online casino.
