University Hospital Galway’s four fee paying car parks generated an income of more than €1 million for the health service last year. This income has increased over the past few years from €630,115 in 2020 to €1,045,272 in 2023, a meeting of the HSE West’s regional health forum was told earlier this week.

Shannon Airport passengers are set to benefit from an additional 200,000 seats available on select routes from the airport this summer.
