One of Galway’s most beloved bars, Massimo, located at 10 William Street West in Galway’s West End, recently launched a brand new menu as part of a special collaboration with Galway based catering and events company, The Works. Ireland’s largest group of family restaurants, Supermac’s, will open its first outlet in Co Wexford this coming Friday (June 28). The company has 117 outlets throughout the country and is set to open its 118th in Larkins Cross. The new outlet will be operated by Paul O’ Brien, who also holds franchises for Carlow and Killarney.
