A special Mariners’ Memorial Service will be hosted by Galway Bay Sailing Club on Monday (May 8) at Renville, Oranmore, starting at 7pm sharp.

More than €220,000 has been granted to sporting bodies in the Galway West constituency under the Government’s Sports Capital (Equipment Only) Scheme. This is separate to the non-equipment Sports Capital Grants, which will be announced in September.
