The two food outlets — Phoenix Garden Chinese, Bridge Street, Westport and Mr Kebab, Dalton Street, Claremorris — were served closure orders by environmental health officers; Mr Kebab for breaches in food safety legislation, pursuant to the FSAI Act, 1998 and Phoenix Garden for breaches of the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010.
