Kumon students receive awards at socially distanced ceremony

Blue balloons bounced at the Galway Greyhound Stadium on Sunday September 13 for the Kumon Galway 2020 Awards. Held outdoors with rigorous compliance to the current restrictions, each car served as a private auditorium for the event live streamed on YouTube by SoundtoLight. Families remained in their cars throughout except at their turn to collect their awards while distanced, masked, and sanitised. A socially distanced photoshoot followed with the Mayor of Galway, Cllr Mike Cubbard.
