The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for its next public auction which will be held on March 26 in the Clayton Hotel, Galway. After a hugely successful November auction where 22 of the 27 properties were sold, the auction team have experienced a surge of interest from both property owners and buyers. Preparations are well advanced for the Colm Quinn BMW Galway International Rally which will take place over the weekend of Feb 7 to Feb 9 and comprising the opening round of the 2014 Clonakilty Blackpudding Irish Tarmac Rally Championship.

The first Connacht Property Auction was held on November 14 at the Clayton Hotel in Galway. A large crowd attended the event and bidding was strong on the majority of the properties. Of the 27 properties offered, 22 were sold and the auction team confirmed that there have been further offers and bids on three of the unsold lots. More than €2,000,000 worth of property from across the region was sold at the sale and the reserve prices were well exceeded on many of the properties on offer.

The Connacht Property Auction will take place on November 14 in the Clayton Hotel, Galway, offering a large variety of properties all across Connacht. There will be a selection of properties offered from around the province including newly completed apartments in Knock starting at €19,000, a fine detached residence in Tuam with starting bids at €85,000, and a six bed dormer in Athenry with starting bids at a very realistic €149,000.

The Connacht Property Auction will offer 29 properties for sale by auction on November 14. The properties vary from fully finished apartments starting at €19,000 up to luxury dwellings for €340,000.
