A pioneer of the all-day property auction both regionally and throughout Ireland, O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers will host its next all-day auction from 10am tomorrow in The Harbour Hotel, with close to 50 properties going under the hammer.

Tomorrow (Friday) will see DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard host its second auction of 2015 featuring 30 properties throughout the west of Ireland, on what promises to be an action packed afternoon.  

O’Donnellan & Joyce is anticipating excellent interest in the first of its summer auctions where 28 properties will go under the auction hammer tomorrow, Friday April 17, in the Harbour Hotel at 3pm.

In the morning €1.7 million in property sales was reached with cash buyers and investors Christmas shopping ahead of the December 31 capital gains tax deadline.
