The auction team at O’Donnellan & Joyce, 5 Mary Street, Galway have been busy this week adding the finishing touches to their nationwide property auction which takes place tomorrow, Friday, at 12 noon in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, when 38 properties go under the auction hammer.

O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers, Ireland’s largest independent auction house, hosted its first live property auction following the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions on Friday last, July 3. The auction was set to take place behind closed doors with phone, internet, and proxy bidders initially invited to participate; however the plans changed and the live auction went ahead thanks to the accelerated Government roadmap which allowed for a large public gathering to take place while adhering to social distancing measures.

Friday last, in a packed auction room in the Radisson Blu Hotel, saw the team at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard hold their highly anticipated September auctions, with 20 lots going under the hammer. The Galway city based estate agent drew a large crowd, with more than 300 in attendance and 112 separate buyers registering to bid on a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

The Radisson Blu Hotel is the place to be tomorrow afternoon for DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard's eagerly awaited September auction. Following a hugely successful July auction which saw a 98 per cent sales rate, the auction team are very excited about tomorrow's event and are, as usual, expecting a large turnout.
