A sum totalling €500,000 has been generated by intuitive local business personnel in Athlone as a result of a wealth of effective and cohesive business networking. The Luan BNI group which was launched in February 2018 and meets locally every Thursday morning in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel comprises 27 business people who work together with the aim of building and enhancing the local economy.

The Woodlands BNI group, which is made up of 15 business people from Kiltimagh and surrounding areas who work together to build the local economy (and meet locally every Wednesday morning in the Kiltimagh Park Hotel) was recently the recipient of the regional Pride of BNI Award.
