The association’s 20th anniversary is in 2018, and they will host a special Gala concert in January. The programme will include Fauré’s “Requiem”, with Galway natives soprano Aisling Kenny and organist David Grealy. Later in 2018, the choir will visit Germany, to sing Vaughan Williams’ “Dona Nobis Pacem” with Ulm Chor Levantate.
The best choristers from Galway and Wales will perform a special Christmas concert later this month.

THE GALWAY Choral Association perform Duruflé’s Requiem Opus 9 in St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church, this Saturday at 8pm, as part of a fundraising concert for Enable Ireland.
