One in five people in Connacht embarrassed about mental health

One in five of adults in Connacht said they would be embarrassed if people knew they were attending a counsellor or psychotherapist. This is according to a nationwide study undertaken by Behaviour and Attitudes for the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
