So here’s the idea: Join the Facebook group So Last Year; you pick your top five songs of 2010 and post them on the discussion board. It doesn't have to be in order, but can be. There’s plenty to pick from, so the problem might be keeping it to five. Obviously they can be of any genre, just the tunes that blew you away at one time or another this year! There’s so much music out there that it’s impossible to filter through it all so depending on the responses, everyone should pick up on something they missed this year.

Website launched by Galway Taxi Association

A new website has been launched this week by the Galway Taxi Association providing a forum for customers to make complaints or suggestions and for taxi drivers to remain informed about issues affecting the industry.

Society’s problems not just the young

Anyone who logged on to the discussion board on www.castlebar.ie this week will have seen a lengthy discussion on events in Castlebar last Friday night surrounding a Junior Cert disco, when hundreds of teenagers from across the region converged on Castlebar. Anyone who was around the town that night couldn’t fail to notice the large numbers that were out and about, some of them were very drunk, but plenty more were as sober as the day they were born.
