This prestigious accolade, which rewards up-and-coming talent, will be announced and presented during the World Soundtrack Awards and Concert on October 20 at the Kuipke Events Centre in Ghent, Belgium.
The European premiere of Mayo-born composer Patrick Cassidy’s ‘Famine Remembrance’ will take place at a special celebration to commemorate the centenary of St Colman’s Church in Claremorris on April 13.
