The Western Veteran and Vintage Motor Club (WVVMC) are holding their annual Westrun event over the weekend of the July 25 to 27.

Shortly after the 1977 IVVCC Autumn Rally, which that year was held in Galway, a number of enthusiasts met on the September 4, 1977, with a view to forming a vintage motoring club in the west of Ireland.

Plans are underway to mark the 40th anniversary of the Western Veteran and Vintage Motor Club.
