Galwaywomen to travel to Lorient for anticipated friendly match
A group of 14 talented GAA ladies from the Salthill Knocknacarra club are set to travel to Lorient, Brittany this August to take part in a friendly Gaelic football match during the Celtic Tournament that will include players from Brittany and Galicia, at the renowned Lorient Interceltic Festival.

The Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards took place in Citywest Hotel and Conference Centre recently where over 2300 young people from throughout Ireland showcased their work in the community. 204 groups took part in the awards with projects covering topics such as equality; homelessness; mental health; culture and much more.
