Galway dealer receives ‘Skoda Marketing Person of the Year’ award

One year ago I set up The Sunni Mae Trust to raise funds for my niece, Lily-Mae Morrison who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma which effects one in 100,000 children in Ireland. In a year we have raised more than €420,000.

Lily-Mae to turn on Galway’s Christmas lights

The campaign is on to get ‘Tiny Dancer’ the single recorded by a group of musicians and singers to raise funds for Galway girl Lily-Mae Morrison, to the top of the charts for Christmas. The single will be launched at the opening of the Galway Continental Christmas Market tomorrow (Friday) and Lily-Mae, who is suffering from a rare childhood cancer, will turn on the Christmas lights at the event with the help of singers Paddy Casey and Declan O’Rourke, and Anthony Ryan, chairman of the Galway City Business Association.

A day of dance for Lily Mae

Ireland’s dance community will join forces in Dublin this Sunday for the Day of Dance for Lily Mae, a major fundraising event for a seriously ill Claregalway girl.
