The company’s latest offerings to go under the hammer comprise a diverse mix of properties which will appeal to all sectors of the market in what auctioneer James Heaslip says will be an engaging event. “All the properties which we are promoting will offer a mix which will appeal to a range of buyers from across the spectrum,” he said. “As usual, the one thing that the properties have in common is that they are very attractively priced. Our vendors are aware that we have unrivalled results and have bought into the mantra that in order to sell at auction, properties must be priced keenly. Our recent auctions show this is the case and as long as a property offers good value then we will sell it.”
