NUI Galway signed an agreement on Tuesday with Tsinghua University in China to collaborate on both education and research activities. Fling, an Irish band combining traditional, bluegrass and rock, will play Monroes as part of the Galway Sessions on Wednesday June 13. With influences as diverse as Planxty and Led Zeppelin, the band have made a huge mark on the national and international scene.
