IN THE closing months of 2010 and the opening weeks of 2011 there was no escaping Ryan Sheridan’s debut single ‘Jigsaw’. It has made the Co Monaghan songwriter a household name but behind the song and ‘overnight success’ lay years of hard work, frustration, and a determination to succeed.

This April following his sold out shows around the country in December Ryan Sheridan has just announced his biggest Irish tour to date. The man from Monaghan will be live and direct at The Ruby Room at The Royal Theatre Castlebar on April 15.

Ryan Sheridan is a solo singer and guitarist from County Monaghan. As a teenager, he made his tentative first steps onstage in the pubs and clubs of Manhattan’s Lower East Side. An intimidating environment where he was old enough to play but not to drink, the competitive nature of the scene and the city meant he had to get good quick or go home.
