Women’s health seminar on post natal and pregnancy health

Dr Audrey Kinahan, pharmacist from University Pharmacy, and Aoife NI Eochaidh, physiotherapist from International Pelvic Physiotherapy Management, are running a seminar for mums-to-be and new mums. The seminar will be held in the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill, on Tuesday, May 16 from 7pm to 9pm. Audrey and Aoife will be giving their top tips for pregnancy and post-natal health.

Symptoms awareness highlighted in International Men’s Health Week

This week (June 11-17) marks International Men's Health Week 2012 and The Men's Health Forum in Ireland (MHFI) is encouraging men to actively seek help, advice, support, and to act quickly in times of difficulty, crisis or ill health rather than ignoring symptoms, turning to alcohol, ‘soldiering on’ or taking their own life.
