Ms Cross, who lives in Foxford, started with the firm as a shorthand typist immediately after finishing secretarial school. The firm has developed throughout her time with it and she has been instrumental in ensuring the quality service, including steering it to achieve the Quality Mark in 1993 through to 1999 and other awards.
