Nevins is one of the oldest premises in the area and was established in the early 1800s. Situated on the main N59 road between Newport and Mulranny, it enjoys scenic Clew Bay and Nephin mountain views. Nevins’ cosy front bar is an ideal location to kickback and enjoy a drink by the fire. They have an extensive bar food menu which is available daily from 9.30am to 9.00pm.

The Darkness into Light Mayo event, in aid of Pieta House, will take place on Saturday May 11 in the grounds of Westport House. The 5km fundraising walk/run begins in darkness at 4am and ends as dawn is breaking.
