Preparations have been under way over the last few weeks in St Joseph’s Secondary School Castlebar for this years transition year musical production, Lionel Bart’s musical, Oliver. This show has had a recent West End revival, thanks to last years BBC talent show, I’d do anything and the girls at St Jo’s, already familiar with the songs from the TV show and the film, are delighted to be putting on their own Oliver performance

Annie will be the third annual production for Claremorris Musical Society. Set up in 2006, the society is growing ever since and is proving very successful in Claremorris and surrounding areas. On Friday January 30, the curtain will go up for the opening night of Annie and this well loved family musical will run over the weekend in The Town Hall, Claremorris.
