Dicksboro ended the year on a good note last Sunday in Nowlan Park when they were far too strong for a gutsy Rower Inistioge side in the Michael Lyng U-21 ‘A’ hurling final. A small crowd turned up to witness the city side recording their 4th U-21 title, the first since '92.
