A packed auction room is anticipated this Friday in the Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square, when O’Donnellan & Joyce places nine properties up for sale by public auction. According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers this auction will have properties suitable for everyone with houses ranging from €80,000 to €720,000, comprising a range of properties from mid-terrace city homes to magnificent detached homes on large sites.

On Friday May 20 O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold a large summer auction with nine properties from various parts of the city going under the hammer.
