In a response to the demand by investors to purchase investment properties before year end, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard is working late into the Christmas season and will host its final auctions of the year on December 18. “Traditionally our November auction would be the last one of the year and we would wind down after that, but this year with the capital gains tax incentives, we see an increase in demand from both vendors and buyers so we are responding to this by holding what will be the final property auction of 2014 in the country on December 18,” said Fergal Leonard.
