Marine Institute gets green light for Galway Bay Marine and Renewable Energy Test Site

The Marine Institute has been given the green light to proceed with the development of a renewable energy test site in Galway Bay, with the granting this week of a 35-year foreshore lease for the 37-hectare site off An Spideál.
