Glenamaddy Players have secured a place in the All-Ireland Confined Drama Finals, which will take place in Carrickmore, Co Tyrone, from April 9 to 17, with the awards ceremony scheduled for April 18.

The home side scooped a number of awards at the 60th Glenamaddy Theatre Festival held in Glenamaddy Town Hall last week, narrowly missing out on the top gong to Donegal’s Ballyshannon Dramatic Society.

Glenamaddy Players will stage The Outgoing Tide by Bruce Graham this Sunday, February 18, and again on Thursday, February 29. Both shows at 8pm in the Town Hall Theatre, Glenamaddy.
