A 40-year-old Connemara man charged with the murder of his brother, whose body was found in Clare earlier this week, has been remanded in custody to appear before Harristown District Court tomorrow.

The late Hubert Butler once wrote a delightful essay called Influenza on Aran in which he examined the evidence for the early Irish saints.
