Patrick Moran, Brize, Claremorris was stopped at on December 27 2011 after been seen driving at speed on Convent Road, Claremorris by gardai. He was observed breaking both the median line and hard shoulder by gardai before they pulled him over. When arrested he was brought to Claremorris Garda Station where he gave a blood sample, which returned a reading of 191mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
