Burkeway Homes has announced the release of the final phase of homes in the very successful new homes development Maoilín. This development comprises 73 two, three, and four bed semidetached homes, and four bed detached. The first 33 houses were offered for sale in two phases in the summer and autumn of 2015, and they all sold quickly from the plans. As the only substantial new homes development to be launched in Galway city since 2007 demand has been very strong. Purchasers of the first 12 homes in Phase 1 are due to take possession of their new homes over the course of the next month.

Phase 2 comprises a mix of two, three, and four bed semidetached and four bed detached homes ranging in size from 996sq ft to 1,400sq ft. These homes will all be BER A rated and will be built to a very high standard of construction.
