O’Donnellan & Joyce has just launched its summer sunshine auction which will be held on June 17 in the Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway. According to Anne Harding, auction co-ordinator with O’Donnellan & Joyce, the properties that are on offer by auction will definitely brighten up the summer with some exceptional homes and investment properties on offer at great value. O’Donnellan & Joyce recorded the largest volume of auction sales this year to date, when it held its second Wild Atlantic Way property auction on Wednesday May 4. The company recorded €9 million in property sales on the day. Properties throughout the western seaboard from Galway to Donegal and Galway down to Kerry went under the auction hammer. The auction room in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, was packed to capacity with more than 700 people in attendance at the morning and afternoon sessions.
