There was no shortage of buyers at the O’Donnellan & Joyce monthly auction in the Victoria Hotel last Friday, where there were so many people in attendance in the enlarged auction room that they were spilling out onto the foyer of the hotel.

After last weeks auction in the Shelbourne Hotel where more than 80 properties were sold, auction fever is starting to buzz around the country.
