Jedward reschedule Carnival tour stop in Castlebar

Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts Jedward have had to reschedule their Carnival Tour show at the Royal Theatre from August 18 to August 4. All tickets bought for August 18 are valid for the new show on August 4 for the same seats purchased. If you are unable to attend the new show you can return your tickets to the outlet you purchased them in for a full refund.

Earth’s menagerie of ancient beasts is brought to life via various forms of human powered puppetry from the heart-meltingly cute baby dryosaurs to the awe-inspiring giant allosaur. Children of all ages can get hands-on access to the dinosaurs and may even become a part of this exciting show if one of the dinosaurs takes a fancy to them.

Friends In Low Places comes west to Castlebar

Friends In Low Places, better known as The Ultimate Garth Brooks Experience, has been wowing Garth Brooks fans across Ireland for over a year, and now it rolls into the Royal Theatre Castlebar on Saturday September 24. The show is fronted by well known country singer Trevor Smyth and features an array of top class musicians from around Ireland to make up the eight piece band.

Fund-raising concert in aid of Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin

Sean Nós ar an tSionann are holding a fund-raising concert in aid of Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin in the Royal Theatre Castlebar on Saturday May 14. This lively sean nós dance group come from Sligo Leitrim and Roscommon and recently made it to the final of the All Ireland Talent Show and had pledged to donate the prize money if they won the show to this hospital if they won. The group did not go on to win the All Ireland Talent Show this year so have decided to hopefully raise as much money by holding a fund-raising concert with the help of their musical friends and some of Irelands most talented acts.

Gemma Hayes live in Castlebar

Gemma Hayes has long established herself as one of Ireland's top musical talents. Her much anticipated fourth studio album, due out in May, is an evolution of Gemma's unique style of music, combining prog rock, folk and electronica. She will be in the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on May 25 for what promises to be a great show. The album is another collaboration with producer David Odlum, and features Paul Noonan of Bell X1 and Ann Scott, among others.
