Professor John Fitzgerald, adjunct professor in economics at Trinity College Dublin and former research professor at the Economic and Social Research Institute, will deliver his annual lecture on 'The Irish economy and policy challenges' to GMIT business students in GMIT’s Galway campus on Tuesday October 15 at 12 noon. They are also a means of upskilling in a particular area or a direct route into employment. All courses teach research skills, self-directed learning, and computer skills. Many school leavers use these courses to help them with future career choices.
