More than €6,500 was raised at the Family Fun Day at the Gateway Hotel, Swinford, for the Cystic Fibrosis Building Fund at Mayo General Hospital.

The countdown is on to the Family Fun Day which will be held at the Gateway Hotel, Swinford on Sunday.

Belmullet Hurling Club is organising a memorial event in memory of the late Mary Linnane. The event will take place on Saturday July 24 in Drum pitch starting at 12.30pm with an U14 match Turloughmore v Mayo. This is followed at 2pm by a senior hurling exhibition match; Belmullet Senior Selection v Ballina Senior Selection.
