Hundreds of friends of Martin Naughton (23) who lost his life in a tragic road crash on the N17 at Knockdoe this time last year will climb Croagh Patrick next month in his memory and to raise funds for the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire.

An exhibition of new works by Breda Burns, entitled 360° of the Reek, continues every day at Custom House Studios, The Quay, Westport, until May 10. Breda Burns is from Westport, inspired by a love of the place and people. Her dedication to the community has been marked by continued involvement with community and public art. She was a founding member of Westport Artist Studios group, and was active in the development of the Custom House Studios.
