Ireland West Airport has become the first airport in Ireland to become members of the global Hidden Disabilities Sunflower. Passengers with non-visible disabilities who choose to display the Sunflower will be provided with a free Sunflower Lanyard at the Customer Assistance Desk inside the Airport Terminal.

Irish Citylink first to recognise Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

Irish Citylink has today become the first Irish Coach Service to recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower officially! Not all disabilities are visible – some are not immediately obvious. The Sunflower acts as an awareness tool – someone can choose to wear it to discreetly indicate that they have a non-visible disability and may need support, help, or simply a little more time while traveling.
