It seems that the US is viewing these mid-term elections as a referendum on President Trump and his handling of the US. So it will be very intriguing to see the results and to see whether the Democrats will come back in charge of the House of Representatives.

Fresh from the Chicago casting announcement, Athlone Musical Society will host a fundraising table quiz tomorrow, November 8, in the Bounty. The quiz will begin at 8pm. Teams of four per table, with a cost of €10 per individual. There will be cash prizes on the night, as well as raffle prices.
