The Cappa Ensemble brings its dazzling artistry to the Linenhall Arts Centre in Castlebar for a wonderful classical concert on Monday November 8 at 8pm. Named after the celebrated 17th century Italian violin-maker Gioffredo Cappa, this exciting young chamber ensemble has quickly established itself as a quartet of outstanding artistry, touring extensively in Australasia and Japan as well as throughout the UK. Winner of Music Network’s Young Musicwide competition in 2009, the quartet boasts a line-up of top performers in their own right: Michael McHale (piano); cellist Brian O’Kane; violinist Bartosz Woroch; and violist Adam Newman.
