One of the most important tasks a Leaving Certificate student will need to do this month is complete the CAO application form. The closing date for CAO applications is February 1 at 5.15pm.

Students considering studying at NUI Galway are invited to the CAO change of mind clinic taking place on campus on Tuesday June 25. Parents and guardians are also welcome to attend the event, which runs from 12 noon to 3pm in the Human Biology Building on campus.

The CAO change of mind facility is now open and will remain open until July 1 at 5.15pm. This is a great service and can really help ease some of the pressure for Leaving Cert students (and indeed parents) still concerned about third level choices.

Students, parents, guardians and guidance counsellors are invited to attend the event, which runs from 7pm to 9pm in the O’Donoghue Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance at NUI Galway.
