Calasanctius College and the Department of Education must reach an agreement to facilitate 23 children who have been refused a place at the school for the 2010/2011 year.

Ten local families have taken an “unprecedented” move to appeal a decision by Calasanctius College in Oranmore to refuse their child a school place, according to local Fine Gael senator Fidelma Healy Eames.
